Hi, I'm Dr Kirsty Lee

I've spent 13 years in academia, specialising in interpersonal violence and mental health. I was Director of the MSc in Mental Health and Wellbeing at the University of Warwick for five years, where I also taught on healthy and toxic organisational cultures and leaders.

I founded Realm of Her to translate research and data into practical insights on how to move away from our competitive, hierarchical, dominance culture and move toward a culture built on care, collaboration, and community.
